Introducing sustainable cocktails – a new concept that is taking the world by storm, are made with the environment in mind, using natural ingredients, minimizing waste, and conserving energy.
The sustainable cocktail menu at Nazara features four unique and delicious cocktails, each made with natural ingredients and served in reusable fruit shells.
The Zero Waste Coconut Hawaiian Cooler is a refreshing blend of white rum, pineapple, blue curacao, and maraschino cherry, served in a coconut shell, making it completely zero-waste. The Go Green Watermelon Ibiza Splash is a gin-based cocktail with watermelon, lemon, and simple syrup, served in a watermelon shell, creating a natural and refreshing experience. The Reprocessed Pineapple Caribbean Colada is a dark rum and Malibu-based drink with pineapple, lemon, and simple syrup, served in a reprocessed pineapple shell. Finally, Live Green The Grass Forever is a vodka-based cocktail with pears, curry leaves, lime, and simple syrup, inspired by the best sustainable herbs and ingredients.
