With its massive presence of 62 outlets, the group is now looking forward to strengthening, evolving and deepening its customer relationships thereby enabling a single loyalty solution across its premium brands.
PBI Co., LTD and Capillary Technologies will be collaborating across 9 of PBI’s luxury fashion brands like Calvin Klein, TOMMY HILFIGER, CHARLES & KEITH, GUESS, etc. to create an omnichannel umbrella loyalty program that integrates all these brands with a single mobile app-based loyalty program. Entrusting Capillary’s robust Customer Data Platform to collate accurate customer data, it will procure a single view of each customer’s shopping patterns. By leveraging Capillary’s intelligent loyalty platform, the brand will create hyper-personalized engagement with customers and enable customers to earn and redeem rewards across these fashion brands.
