Rakshit has over 16 years of work experience in the field of People Management, Hotel Operations and Business Strategy, which have been spent spearheading Organizational Growth, new hotel openings, talent management/development and analytics. He has worked with renowned hospitality companies like Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hilton Worldwide, Lemon Tree Hotels, Berggruen Hotels and GHM Hotels.
