Shanna Oberoi is an educationist by profession and a chef by passion who comes with 25 years of experience. She’s dedicated to honoring the stories of women who have shaped culinary traditions, drawing inspiration from her greatest teacher – her own mother.
The Punjabi Rasoi promises an unforgettable dining expedition, with dishes meticulously crafted using the freshest hand-ground spices that perfectly encapsulate the essence of the region.
