Blue Lotus, the all-day dining restaurant at Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur is hosting the Maharashtrian Food Festival from April 12th to April 17th, 2022. Themed “Maharashtra Majha”, the festival will showcase popular culinary delights from across various regions of the State. The elaborate buffet menu curated by the Executive Chef features a diverse mix of freshly infused flavours and ingredients that invigorates the spirit of Maharashtra.

Visitors can treat their taste buds to an unparalleled spread of dishes across Veg, Non-Veg and equally delicious desserts, inspired by the cultural diversities of the region. The festival will roll out a myriad of dishes to tantalize the palates including specialties like Puran Poli, Sev Puri, Ravan Junka, Amboli, Kala Mutton, Petha Bakari among others.
